Favorite Toys for Ages 0-3+

Favorite Toys for Ages 0-3+

We have gone through A LOT of toys in the past 3 years with our two little ones (3 and 1). With Nolan turning 2 in April and Olivia turning 4 in August I am shocked a lot of the toys have stood the test of time with 4 years of two crazy kids and a dog that can (at times) be unpredictable with what she will eat… As a parent, buying toys that will last multiple years instead of specific milestones is important to my husband and so we can keep clutter away and life simple. The toys I am listing below have been with us for many years and continue to grow with our children. These are hands down our favorite toys for ages 0-3+. Enjoy!

VTech Sit-to-Stand Ultimate Alphabet Train

This was gifted to us for Olivia’s first birthday and the kids LOVE it! Blocks go in at the top and shoot into the wagon, the toy train can be used as a floor toy, a ride on that also transforms into a baby walker or a pull toy wagon they can fill with toys.

VTech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker

We received this when Olivia was about 4 months old and have used it ever since! The top comes off so babies can play with it flat on the floor. There are breaks on the wheels that enables kids to play with the front, or walk with added pressure so the walker doesn’t fall from under them. Now the kids use this and the train above to race around the house!

Baby Einstein Take Along Tunes Musical Toy

This was an impulse purchase in an effort to get Olivia to stop crying in the car on our commute from home. It helped some, but the magical impact of this toy now is distraction during diaper changes! I keep this in the drawer where I change Nolan’s diapers and now I am able to easily change his diapers without him rolling around!

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Puppy’s Remote

Another impulse by for the same reason as above. It has also now turned into a diaper changing distraction toy I keep in a drawer at Nolan’s changing table.

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Smart Stages Puppy

Another gift when Olivia was about 4 months old. Both kids love this dog and sing along to all her songs!

Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Around The Town Learning Table

We have had a few tables in the past 3 years (one was left outside). The kids like this one the best. It has 3 levels so it is the perfect fit for multiple kids.

Mega Bloks 80-Piece Big Building Bag, Classic

One of my favorite toys, the kids love building things with these blocks! I like that they are large so we don’t have to worry about chocking and they are easy for babies to grip.

Foam Bath Letters

I like these bath toys because they don’t get moldy and stay together with the bag.

Hatch Baby Rest Night Light, Sound Machine and Time-to-Rise

We recently bought these (a few months ago), but I wish it was something we had bought from the beginning. There are multiple light and music settings, times, alarms, and it is all controlled form your phone. We have one for each kid!

Breville Espresso Machine

This is an obvious one. We are saving so much money because of this machine! And yes. This is applicable to this post because caffeinated awake parents are happy, good parents. 😉

Question for you! What toys have your kid(s) loved over the years?

    1. They are seriously the best toys! I thought for sure when my daughter turned 3 some would be too young for her, but they aren’t!
