Family Friendly Chili Recipe (Even the Pickiest of Eaters Will Like)

Vegetable Loaded Chili Recipe

This easy to make veggie loaded chili recipe is a hearty chili that is extremely versatile to your flavor preferences. 

Veggie Loaded Chili

2lb ground beef (I highly recommend Butcher Box for grass fed, grass finished beef)
29oz can tomato sauce
29oz kidney beans (with liquid)
29oz pinto beans (with liquid)
1 med onion chopped
1-2C carrots chopped (amount based on your preference)
1-2C celery chopped (amount based on your preference)
**Trade Joes has these veggies pre-chopped combined which work well!**
16oz can chopped tomatoes drained
2tsp ground cumin
3Tbsp chili powder
1.5tsp black pepper
1/2c water (optional-depending if you want it thick or soup-like)

Cook ground beef (break into small pieces)

Combine all ingredients into a large pot or slow cooker

Cook for 2 hours with a consistent simmer (just before point of boiling), stir occasionally.

Makes about 12 servings
